Finance Manager

Outpost24 is currently in a phase of rapid growth and international expansion. We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our multinational team based at our headquarters in Karlskrona, Sweden.

The Finance Manager leads the Finance and Administration department. You will be responsible for financial administration and accounting practices of the company and will perform financial analysis, and provide advice in regard to financial matters while developing infrastructure and strategy to support aggressive company growth.

The Role:

• Maintain the highest degree of personal integrity and professionalism with our customers, partners, vendors and employees
• Supervise administrative and bookkeeping personnel
• Establish accounting methods, procedures and practices and monitor compliance with generally acceptable accounting practices
• Conduct analysis of financial and operational performance and provide reporting
• Coordinating financial planning and forecasting activities
• Manage, administer and maintain internal policies and employment conditions
• Assist with customer contract management
• Primary administrator of financial and administrative processes and IT systems
• Risk management including insurance policies

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
• At least three years of management level finance experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with advanced Excel skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
